Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Nature of the service

Fan Zone Tours acts as an intermediary between the client and the final providers of tourism services, such as hotels, airlines, transporters, event organizers, and ticket providers. We are not the operators or ultimately responsible for these services.

2. Limitation of liability

Fan Zone Tours is not responsible for non-compliance, cancellations, or modifications attributable to the final providers. Any complaints should be directed to the corresponding provider, without prejudice to our support as intermediaries.

3. Inventory and resale of tickets

Fan Zone Tours does not maintain physical or electronic ticket inventory. All tickets are purchased through official vendors, and we do not participate in ticket resale activities. We guarantee that the tickets included in our services come from authorized sources.

4. Payment terms

Payments are accepted via bank transfer and secure bank card links. In some cases, interest-free months may be offered depending on the issuing bank and active promotions. Charges are made in Mexican pesos, even if the package is published in a foreign currency, using the official exchange rate in effect on the day of the transaction.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, change, and refund policies are subject to the policies of each service provider. Fan Zone Tours will inform the client of these policies before confirming the reservation. In most cases, services are non-refundable.

6. Traveler documentation and requirements

It is the client's responsibility to have a valid passport, visa, vaccination certificate, or other valid requirements for travel and access to events.

Fan Zone Tours is not responsible if the client fails to comply with these requirements and loses access to any of the contracted services.

7. Force majeure

Fan Zone Tours will not be responsible for unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government closures) that affect contracted services. In such cases, each provider's policies regarding changes or refunds will apply.

8. Affiliated agencies

In addition to serving end customers, Fan Zone Tours markets its services through a network of independent travel agents. We will soon have a dedicated space on our website for affiliated agencies, where they can quote, book, and manage their commissions.

9. Acceptance of the terms

Use of the website and/or the purchase of any of our services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
